Dr Furtado has clinical experience in MSK physiotherapy and extensive Current Research Experience in leading research projects and completion until publication, writing grant proposals and securing funding in the field of musculoskeletal oncology in the NHS. She additionally has experience of leading national multi centre and single centre research and audit projects. Dr Furtado currently works as Senior Sarcoma Research Therapist at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH), Stanmore.
